We care about the privacy of every SoccerFootballSim user. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your data.

Information we collect

Account basics such as username, email, password hash, preferred language, and country.
Gameplay usage such as saved teams, leagues, cups, and premium status to keep your dashboard in sync.
Premium purchases are processed by Stripe; we never store your full payment details.

How we use data

We use the data above to authenticate you, keep your simulations in sync across devices, detect abuse, and deliver billing receipts. Stripe and Google Analytics act as processors on our behalf.

SFS Competition Builder Mobile App

The SFS Competition Builder mobile app does not require an account.

The app stores the data you create locally on your device, including clubs, squads, player names, logos, jerseys, competitions, fixtures, results, history, statistics, and app settings.

This mobile app does not upload your locally created app data to SoccerFootballSim servers.

Photo Library Access

The app may ask for access to your photo library so you can choose club logos or jersey images. Selected images are copied into the app's local storage on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Optional Squad Import

If you choose to import a squad from a Transfermarkt URL, the app may contact Transfermarkt to load the squad page. On web versions, the request may also be routed through AllOrigins to help load the page.

The pasted URL and standard network information, such as IP address, device/browser information, and request details, may be processed by those third-party services.

Third-Party Services

The app may load country flag images from FlagCDN. On web versions, the app may load fonts from Google Fonts.

Your controls

Website users can update or delete saved competitions directly in the dashboard or account settings.
SFS Competition Builder mobile app users can delete app data using the in-app delete options or by uninstalling the app.
You can request an export or deletion of stored website account data by emailing soccerfootballsim@gmail.com.
You can opt out of promotional emails via the unsubscribe link in every message.
